Exchanges & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement you entered into within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. Returns must be communicated in writing. You must send an email to contact@roserose.fr specifying that you want to return the products and we will help you for this step by email (we will give you our address, answer your questions). The cancellation period is 14 calendar days; the cancellation period runs from delivery of the good(s), or last good if the order is in multiple parts. The refund may be done only after we received the good(s) back; Roserose. is not obligated to issue any refunds if the goods are damaged, if one of the pieces sent with your bag(s) is lacking (certificates, protection bag, removable strap, labels, protection firms…). Orders must be returned in one shipment.

Returns that are soiled or damaged through wear and tear may not be accepted for a refund or exchange. Should an item be received by you in a damaged state or without tags, we ask you contact us immediately. We strongly recommend that products are checked thoroughly before they are tried on or any tags or packing are disposed of.

Be aware that neither international customs duties and sales taxes, nor delivery charges are refunded by Roserose. (please notice that you must pay a goods return, and that this will not be refunded by Roserose.). It means that all undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser’s account excluding delivery charges.

If the goods are have been damaged before you received them, we cannot insure that we could exchange the products because our products are made-to-order or unique. Please let us know immediately if your goods are damaged while you received them by mail (contact@roserose.fr).
