Our offer of products and prices are valid as at the date they are displayed on the roserose.fr website, but are subject to availability. For this purpose, instructions concerning the availability of the products will be given at the time of the ordering. In some circumstances, errors or amendments could exist, especially in case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event that a product(s) is unavailable after the placement of an order, you will be informed of the unavailability of the product(s) by email or by phone as soon as possible, and another item(s) shown on the Roserose. website may be suggested as a substitute or you may wish to cancel your order.

For each product selected on Roserose. website, a summary page will be displayed automatically featuring a photograph of the item, its colouring and references, the quantity selected, its unit price and the total amount owed for your order. You should check that this information accurately reflects your selection before confirming your order.

We receive your payment through Paypal or stripe. For any question about the payment, please ask Paypal or Stripe consumer service. We are not responsible for any problem linked to your payment via Paypal or Stripe.

You can choose express delivery for €50 or classic delivery for €25. If you choose express delivery, Roserose. shall aim to deliver the product within 3 to 10 days of the order confirmation. If you choose classic delivery, Roserose. shall aim to deliver the products within 14 to 21 days. In both cases, the delivery of an order is subject to the availability of materials and Roserose. reserves the right to amend the delivery time as necessary. Please let us know if, in the first case, you do not receive your goods within 3 weeks and, in the second case, within 4 weeks. Roserose. also does not accept responsibility for the delay of any packages retained for customs inspections, payment of duties and/or taxes, etc. Please notice that some of our products are made-to-order, we do not have stock, what may extend the delivery period. The shipment of exotic skins is subject to jurisdictional laws; as the customer you are responsible for ensuring that the requested exotic material or skin can be shipped to your respective region.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received the details of your order. Please note that this is not a confirmation that your order has been accepted by us. We reserve the right not to accept your order for payment, shipping restrictions or stock reasons. If your order is not cancelled and once your order has been accepted, you will then receive a confirmation of the dispatch of your goods.

In the event your order is cancelled your transaction with Roserose. will be cancelled and you will not be charged.

Products are for you own personal use and not for resale. Roserose. reserve the right to restrict multiple purchases of one style made by the same customer or to be shipped to the same shipping address. For any large order, please contact us by email (contact@roserose.fr).
